How long does it take for DIY clothes?
The duration mainly depends on the time you take to choose clothes and stickers.

Can we walk in without an appointment?
Yes. We're open from 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Closed every Tuesday.

Can I bring my own clothes？
Yes, you're allowed to bring your own clothes.
However, please note that there will be an additional charge for outside items.

Can I use my own design？
If you're bringing your own design, please ensure payment is made online at least 5 working days before your visit. Without payment confirmation, your order will not be considered successful.
If you choose to arrive without prior payment, we may not have your order prepared, but you can confirm your order on-site and opt for shipping.
For random ready stock available in our shop, you have the option to make a booking online or simply walk in.

We have thousands of designs, which can't be captured individually.
When ordering online, you can choose from 「Plateau Design」.
If you don't find one you like, you can 「DIY Your Own Sticker」. by providing an image.

How long does it take to receive an online order?
If you choose our 「Plateau Design」, we can ship them within 3-5 business days after payment.
For any of our custom drawing series, please provide the image at least two weeks in advance. Due to design and shipping times, you can expect to receive it 10-15 business days after payment (excluding weekends).

Can I ask for a refund?
Due to the unique nature of custom products, once customized, they cannot be resold.
We do not provide returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues.

Caring for Printing T-Shirt:
- Wait 48 hours before washing.
- Wash with water below 40°C.(104°F)
- Avoid rubbing the surface of the T-shirt.
- Use a laundry bag when washing.
- Turn the design to the reverse side before washing.
- Handwashing is recommended.
- Avoid ironing directply on the surface of the design.
- Do not bleach.
Caring for Embroidered Patches:
- Cut the embroidered patch along the sticker.
- Peel off the thin paper on the back and stick it onto the garment surface.
- Iron at a temperature between 130°C to 150°C.
- Iron the front and back for 30-60 seconds.
- Reinforce with stitching using a needle it may detach during washing.
- Handwashing is recommended.
